Везде, где будет работать exe файл.
По поводу второй ремарки - на 64 битных системах еще никому не удавалось запустить данную версию, кроме как через ВМ.
То же касается и 7 и 8 и 10 даже x32
Тому же, кому влом самому все ставить и ломать - могу посоветовать взять готовую машину ЗДЕСЬ
