I don't mind paying for the book but where I live now for my work (China) is impossible to find a copy. Apart from the publisher who only offers e-read via their website is there any other way to buy the book (even pdf)? All the e-sources I found sell it almost double from the hardcopy version (Amazon UK). I am interested for the 2nd edition
