1 - close Timezero 2 - open task manager and kill all the task running named crp320002.ngn 3 - delete folder C:\ProgramData\CrypKey\Licenses 4 - remove the serial number file in programdata/timezero/metacatalog 5 - Deactivate your internet connection 6 - launch again Τimezero and try again the activation. 7 - reactivate TZ with a new serial number and you should be back in business.
