1 This circular supersedes GMDSS.1/Circ.17 and contains the latest information based on replies received from Member Governments. 2 Maps of shore-based facilities for the GMDSS are contained in annex 5 of the GMDSS Manual (2013 edition). 3 Member Governments are invited to bring the information to the attention of all Parties concerned. 4 Member Governments are further invited to check their national data in the annexed information for accuracy, and provide the necessary amendments, as soon as possible, and to respond to MSC.1/Circ.1382/Rev.2, if they have not already done so.
