Year: 2015 Language: english Author: Alan Watts Genre: Methodological guide Format: EPUB Quality: eBook Pages count: 183 Description: The third edition of this bestselling book explains how to combine professional weather forecasts with self-assessment of the sky to arrive at a local forecast of coming weather. The Weather Handbook is the essential guide to how the weather is formed, providing readers with the ability to look at the sky and interpret its signs, and combine this knowledge with information provided by professional forecasts to assess for themselves what the coming weather is likely to be. This handbook has been the standard reference for almost 20 years for students on Day Skipper and Yachtmaster courses, and the handbook of choice for skippers and crew of cruising and racing yachts. It has now been completely redesigned for the third edition to be more user friendly, with new photos and updated explanatory text. The book also addresses new sources of weather information that have exploded on to the market. There are countless websites and apps providing forecast data, and The Weather Handbook guides users in how to use and interpret this information for themselves.
BATD, Why did you indicate the author, publisher, year and discription into the name of the book??? There are special link for each! The name should have the NAME of the book only! As I can see, the name is: The Weather Handbook! All oters - should be at own place. Same story at AUTHOR link! It should have only the name of the author the book! Pls correct and next time separate the info, but not just copy and past!!!!
The book is OK as regerds the number of chapters. Perhaps there is something wrong with your browser or the PC itself. Try read the file with Sumatra pdf reader (freeware) and you will see there is nothing wrong. BR. kpanago1960
