39-летний украинец Олег Свилин (Oleg Svylin), 2-й помощник сухогруза Thorco Attraction, пропал без вести 10 ноября при стоянке судна на рейде Дуала, Камерун. Власти были поставлены в известность, однако поиски закончились безрезультатно. Было ли исчезновение случайностью, самоубийством или чем-то другим, остается загадкой.
