Hello guys, I have a Sailor RT4822, and Ineed to reprogam the MMSI and ATIS. People are saying here in the Netherlands that there's a 2800 EUR software (doubt that) from Russia that is able to reprogram the VHF. My search skills in the Russian language aren't that good, so is someone aware of this software or other programming manuals? Thanks in advance, Thom
