I can recommend the (very reasonably priced) o-charts that are perfect for OpenCPN. It's an easy plugin + purchase a set of charts and you have an fully up to date chart set. https://www.o-charts.org/ But for the ocean crossingsI use the CM93v2 version that is a few years old.
