dear gillnumil , u r right. we are using the catalogue to extract the refrences for passage planning. with the aid of digital catalougue , u can easily extract your publications. thats why i post above item in addition to the original post we have to be lucky that previous 2nd.officer updated the paper catalogue precisely, otherwise we can not extract sufficeint charts ,... by use of digital catalougue , it can be easily update,reduce human error.
