Course: Operational Aspects of Ballast Water Management
The Operational Aspects of Ballast Water Management e-learning course contains four modules for you to complete; Introduction, Operational Aspects, Survey and Certification, and Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement (CME).
In each of these modules you will explore the issue in context, use get the facts to build your knowledge of BWM and finally use the scenarios to put your new found knowledge into practise.
Funding Agency: The Global Environment Facility provides the funding for the GloBallast Project along with co-financing from countries and other international partners.
Implementing Agency: The United Nations Development Programme is responsible for implementing the GloBallast Project.
Executing Agency: The International Maritime Organization is executing the GloBallast Project through the Programme Coordination Unit.
