The price of the deal has not been revealed, however the vessels are slated for delivery in 2017 to Adnoc’s wholly-owned subsidiary Esnaad. The AHTSs will feature the SPA80A design by Sinopacific’s Shanghai Design Associates design arm. ESNAAD Offshore Services Division manages a total of 52 owned and chartered vessels including AHTSs, SSRVs, TSMs, DSVs, PSVs, Utility, DP I and DP II vessels operating in Abu Dhabi offshore area.
